Rappelling for a Cause: Giving Back to Our North Country Community
Last year, Pearl Physical Therapy took community support to new heights—literally.
Elizabeth and Justin stepped far outside their comfort zones and rappelled down Lakeview Towers in Plattsburgh, all in support of a meaningful cause.
In partnership with the United Way of the Adirondack Region, we rallied our incredible community to raise funds for local families, seniors, veterans, and children who rely on essential services like healthcare, food, and housing.
Thanks to the generosity and support of our community, we proudly raised $2,802 to help make a difference right here in the North Country.

Kiss the Cow
At Pearl Physical Therapy, we’re always looking for meaningful (and sometimes fun!) ways to give back to our community and the Kiss the Cow Fundraiser was no exception.
In partnership with United Way of the Adirondack Region, and alongside many well-known community members, our team proudly participated in this lighthearted event to raise funds and awareness for Homelessness Prevention in our local community.
The catch? Top fundraisers earned the honor (and bravery points!) of kissing a real cow!
Thanks to the generosity of our patients, staff, and community members, we were able to contribute to an incredible cause while sharing plenty of laughs along the way. Events like this remind us that community health goes far beyond the clinic—it’s about connection, support, and showing up for one another.
We’re grateful to have been part of such a memorable experience and look forward to continuing to support initiatives that make a difference right here in our community.

Elmore SPCA garage sale
Pearl Physical Therapy Lifestyle Medicine partnered with Elmore SPCA to hold a two-day yard sale (May 18th and 19th, 2024) in order to raise funds for the animal shelter. Powered by the generous donations of items from our local community prompted the decision to hold a 1-day pre-sale yard sale on May 4th which generated a whopping $7,819.
At the end of this event, we raised [$18,000]! None of it would have been possible without the generosity of our local North Country Community and the partnership of our team and Elmore SPCA!
