Elizabeth, owner of Pearl Physical Therapy, graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2000 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. Elizabeth’s clinical strengths include orthopedic manual therapy, postural training and integration of creative and innovative treatment ideas into her clinical work. She embraces proactive approaches to optimizing one’s health with a focus on wellness and preventing illness and injury. When she is not playing PT, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, playing outdoors, on the lake and with her dogs.
Alexa graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah in 2018 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her clinical strengths include treating sports related injuries and teaching others to manage their health and wellness. Engaging in a variety of sports has been a strong part of Alexa’s life - she ice skated for 12 years, played soccer for 16 years and has been a lifelong runner. Alexa enjoys working with athletes and takes a proactive approach to preventing illness and injury. Among her many clinical strengths, she’s also a Tai Chi Instructor and teaches Tai Chi classes at Pearl PT. In her free time, Alexa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, skiing, ice skating, kayaking, running, baking, and even coaches soccer, among other activities.
Justin graduated from Upstate Medical University in 2012 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has experience working in the outpatient setting and in subacute rehabilitation, caring for various populations. Clinical strengths include manual therapy techniques, along with a functional movement approach to treatment, with certification in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment in 2013. Justin’s individualized treatment approach and strong desire to help patients on their rehab journey to living pain free makes him a valuable asset to our team. In his free time, Justin enjoys hiking, golfing, playing basketball, and spending time with his wife and child.
Casey graduated from Clarkson University in 2020 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Casey’s clinical interests include manual therapy, sports medicine, orthopedics, and concussion rehabilitation. Casey has been passionate about his love of sports and physical activities from a young age— partaking in soccer, baseball, wrestling, basketball, rugby, and powerlifting. His experience as an athlete has played a large role in his treatment and patient communication style. Casey strongly believes in taking a systematic and proactive approach to whole body healing and wellness. In his free time, Casey enjoys spending time with his long time girlfriend and dog, landscaping, and golfing.
Amanda graduated from Clarkson University in 2020 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her clinical interests include neurology, orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports medicine. Amanda’s passion for sports started at a young age and continued through college as she participated in division 3 ice hockey and soccer. She learned the value of hard work and persistence as she led her youth hockey team to win the U-19 National Ice Hockey Championship in California. Amanda has taken her experiences with hard work, determination, persistence and passion into her clinical practice facilitating others as they work to engage in experiences they care about at the highest level of performance. She has experience working with clients who have Parkinson's disease and enjoys identifying patterns in their cognitive and functional lives that can benefit from skilled Physical Therapy. She looks forward to offering more treatment opportunities @ Pearl Physical Therapy for clients who have neurological deficits. Amanda believes in a whole body and proactive approach in preventing as well as recovering from illness and injury. In her free time she enjoys ice skating, playing soccer, snowmobiling and downhill skiing as well as spending time with family and friends.
Nadine graduated from Clarkson University in 2021 with her Doctorate in Physical therapy. Her clinical interests include sports medicine and orthopedics. Nadine has had a passion for sports beginning at a young age. She continued her passion into college and played collegiate lacrosse and competed in alpine ski racing at Castleton University. During her time at Castleton, she was a member of the four-time North Atlantic Conference champion team and also made four NCAA appearances. Through sports, she learned the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and hard work. Development of these skills have made an impact on her ability to deliver compassionate care. In her free time, Nadine enjoys hiking, skiing, and playing lacrosse.
Elle graduated from Springfield College in 2020 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Elle has experience working in acute and subacute rehabilitation settings, providing care to individuals at various stages of their recovery. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy and pelvic health. Elle grew up playing soccer and running track & field which developed into a passion for fitness, health and wellness. She seeks to combine exercise with evidence based practice in order to optimize her patients’ recovery process and allow them to reach their goals. In her free time, Elle enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, skiing and paddle boarding and loves spending time with family and friends.
May Namoc, Executive Office Manager of Pearl Physical Therapy, graduated from Beekmantown High School where she was involved in the National Honor Society, Chess Club, volleyball and tennis. She comes to Pearl PT with organizational and systems management expertise. May enjoys being part of a strong team that works to serve the health care needs of the community. She loves facilitating small acts of kindness to help others enjoy their day. In her spare time, she enjoys many activities such as hiking, kayaking, tennis, and more with her fiancé, son, and their two Bernedoodle pups.
Casondra, Medical Billing Specialist, was born in New Mexico and moved to Plattsburgh at a young age, where she grew up and is now raising a family. She graduated from CV-TEC in 2008 with a Medical Office Assistant Certification. Casondra joined Pearl PT in 2019 and takes care of our insurance eligibility verifications, pre-authorizations and many marketing functions. She comes to us with 10 years of experience in a medical office setting. Casondra enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor adventures with her husband, son and their two dogs.
Amanda, Administrative Assistant, was born in Saranac Lake. She grew up with her family in Saranac and graduated from Saranac High school in 2009. She comes to us with exceptional customer service experience and organization skills. Amanda is a mother of 3 beautiful children. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and fishing with her family.
